I'm having a similar problem with the IR functionality on my 2016 version Shield. While my volume works fine, putting the Shield to sleep no longer turns off my TV and receiver. I've troubleshooted it extensively, to no avail. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Yes, I've flashed back to stock as well as LOS 15, neither recognized my SIM.

When I download the recovery and flash I get TWRP 3.2.3 which gives me an error 7 when flashing LOS. Reverting back to 3.2.1
