yesterday , I'm facing same problem , how to fix it is you have to download root explorer app , then go to the /efs/imei/keystr. find one file that has rw -- -- permissions , change it to rw r- r- , now it works like a charm :) you reflash the ROM and won't work , right? because the problem came...- okeph.

hey , I can't download PA from goo.im server .. I tried download it from computer and phone , it always failed , and I even downloaded goomanager from playstore , and the result is same , it said the MD5SUM is invalid .. I eant download this rom :( Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium- okeph.
