I figured it out ... This is from the server side , snapchat servers compress the photo sent , but when u switchoff data in your device , the picture sends in full HD quality , just like an iphone xs

Better than snaptools , faster updates and all . I hope im the next update there will be an option to send videos of 1 minute length in one file and not in 6 parts .
