Post [T-Mobile] Free OP8 SIM Unlocking!

Thread Question for Spanish Nexus 6P users

I'm traveling to Gran Canaria in June. We'll be staying just outside of Arguineguin and looking into Pre-Paid SIM cards to put into my American Unlocked Nexus 6P. So far my research is saying Orange has the best coverage and plan options (2GB) for a reasonable price. Does anybody from thats...

Post "The first ever external battery charger with USB-C/Type-C."

Agreed this will help greatly, but doesn't stop the physical loss of going through a cable and a few connectors. Increasing current through this will in turn increase heat (however minimal) just through the power transfer to the device, this can especially be seen in cheap thin cables that get...

Post Car Charger For Nexus 6P

Post Amazon Del of the Day - Verus Case $2.00

I used a dremel to grind a way a bit, actually needed to remove quite a bit of material and taper the edges to get a good fit. Also since the white inside was annoying me a black sharpie did a decent job on my satin silver case

    Post Encryption r/w speeds

Here's my results on an non-encrypted device, looks like they did a good job on reads but seq writes takes a bit of a hit of ~12% which is understandable due to encrypting the data. edit : Random Writes seems to have ~ 28% drop

Post "The first ever external battery charger with USB-C/Type-C."

Yea sounds like my original statement it's good for those people that want a quick jump but aren't near an outlet, but for those of us that are stationary and are away from power sources it's best to slow charge.

Post "The first ever external battery charger with USB-C/Type-C."

So maybe I'm missing something but unless you need that quick charge feature from a battery pack wouldn't it be better to have a slower charge? Way I'm looking at it more heat will be generated the faster you charge that heat is energy loss from your battery pack. At a slower charge loss...
