I don't think the tmobile problem ever left. I can flash cm9 or 10 numerous times :) and am probably getting data issues 70% of the time.- Oomike

I think the gsm bands are for the network provider (tmo, att, verizon) you cant change hardware.- Oomike

Post Help after root.
you need to do a firmware upgrade. Go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767 select the 3.32 version firmware not 3.33 . it seems like you will have less problems switching roms til you find the one you like if you use 3.32 version. follow the instructions to update...- Oomike

This ROM has what u are showing. It just uses icon buttons instead of the word. Idk if there is a way to change that. But u can add and remove available button toggles in settings > system- Oomike
