You were right. It was easier to setup Ubuntu although I have to start adb as root otherwise I see a whole bunch of question marks when I run adb devices. I did try to add the permissions but it don't matter seem to matter . any ideas.?

Ok i tried to find an answer to this before asking but is there a way to access emmc from CM10? I tried to access some pdfs from emmc and cannot get to parent of storage/sdcard. how do i do that? i tried the provided file manager. would i need to installa different one?

Noob question. I noticed that wifi never disconnects when the device goes in powersave mode on the latest (12/31) CM10 build. is that a known issue? I apologize if i have missed any post on this earlier. Is there a setting to make it sleep?
