    Post [ROM][ICS] icecream pureness V5 [.587][ small Apps][Both BL][ALL MDPI][21/01/13]

I use the ST17i (Xperia Active) as my cycling computer. A navigation app which I like a lot, Locus Map Pro, crashes on the stock ROM. I wonder if it doesn't when using this ROM. Does anybody know a download link to this ROM that still works?

Hmm ok, seems like I have to try the Hydracore kernel. Maybe I've a wrong impression about the kernel (reading users flash this kernel and then ask about things which don't work anymore), I don't know Gavin (sorry, I think's it's bacause I've PA 0.5 a long time as daily driver and stopped...

For all Hydracore users, why do you use the Hydracore kernel? I read a lot of pro Hydracore posts but not why. I feels like the flash the this kernel because a lot write about it. So following the mass instead of searching own pros and cons.

Because a lot of questions are asked again and again. If you follow this thread that feels like unneccesary and makes it harder for users who first search for info instead of jumping in, ask and jump out (which is selfish imho) You're on xda-DEVELOPERS, not xda-helpdesk first line. Asking is not...

Post Curious observation in battery life on ICS LQ3

After some ICS ROMs I went back to Gingerbread, mainly due to poor battery life. When Litening ROM 2.0 was published I flashed that one. I liked the GB version a lot. The battery life was remarkable, a lot better than previous ICS ROMs. Because Litening is not much supported I tried Alba, also...

Post [ROM][XXLPY] Litening ROM Note v2.0 - Fast as Lightning

Same problem here. I tried Alba LQ3, same. But battery life is more like Litening. Maybe to early to say after one day. If it's the same I'll switch to Alba. I like this ROM a lot. Too bad the dev isn't really involved in this thread. Ok, a lot of repeated questions but also some "real" questions.

Post [ROM][XXLPY] Litening ROM Note v2.0 - Fast as Lightning

Well, this is the most battery friendly ICS ROM I've tried so far (others are Alba, rooted Stock, Cassie) I'll stick with this one. I like ICS on my Note but on other ROMs battery life was poor which is a dealbreaker for me. The following stuff is configured - Exchange...

Post [ROM][XXLPY] Litening ROM Note v2.0 - Fast as Lightning

After following the installation guide I had root, I think. I could install Titanium Backup and remove some unneccesary apps. They also disappeared in the app drawer. After a while I got a force close. A few minutes later the removed apps were back. When I rebooted in recovery it looped. Booting...
