    I have the same problem. Actually it was working fine at first. Then tried to apply a theme with theme manager. It bootlooped. After clean flashing the ROM again wifi problem began. Did find anything on this issue? Thanks.

    Notification panel theme is stuck. I can't change it using theme chooser. How to reset?

    Excuse me if it is asked before but I'm in a hurry. I can't sideload any apps or restore with Titanium backup. Unknown sources option is checked. I'm the primary user. What else could be wrong?
