You better hope it's not the digitizer going bad... I had the same problem a while ago and the only fix was ... a new digitizer, after which, evertything worked fine. Try to backup and reinstall the ROM or install a different one to see if the problem persists.

I uninstalled the app, deleted the beweather folder on sdcard, installed the app again, let it download its 25 mb ... and the same problem: it always asks for the 25 mb to download amd the weather doesn't show for any city in this world. I don't know what else to do...

Yes, it has. I looked on the SD Card and I saw the BeWeather/Videos folder with all the videos in it. I deleted them and had them downloaded again - same outcome, it keeps asking for the 25 MB to download again and again. If I press YES, it starts the download, if I press NO it exists the app.
