Hi guys My tf701 went into a permanent state of sleep last night and I found the only way to wake it up was to disconnect the battery. While doing this I cracked the digitiser itself in several places and so the touchscreen no longer works :( Should I look at repairing it or bin the device...

I'd say the bit you cut through looks very cutable, so probably just a sharp craft knife or something similar. Maybe mark it up first and be careful! Need all those fingers to operate it :)
