I've had the Z3 for over a few weeks now running 5.1.1 and my experience so far is quite opposite from yours. For battery, I'm getting a day and a half on normal usage, with some occasional gaming here and there (I'm sure that with KK you can get the 2 days battery like Sony claims, but blame...

Stamina and Clear Sound work as usual. The only thing that doesn't work is the Bravia Engine. To restore that you'd need to restore the TA partition and relock the bootloader. (You can relock the bootloader without having to worry about breaking root or recovery).

If you have unlocked bootloader, simply download the superSU binaries to your phone and flash a KK custom kernel and flash the SuperSU bin via recovery. Or you can create a prerooted flashable zip with PRFCreator and flash it via recovery as well (which is what I did and root works correctly).

Not a big deal as it was just a gimmick, but the notification LED doesn't light up when browsing through the pictures in the album app.

This is really going to help the developer in finding out the cause of the problem, eh? Who needs logcat, ROM you're using and whatnot when you can always say it's "bul****", right?

I had a similar problem before. The LED wouldn't show the correct color I chose and a few ones didn't even show, so I opened the phone and I saw that the little contacts of the LED's flat cable were bent and slightly out of the place. I forced them back in the place they should be and now it...

That's because it's an official OTA update, not an experimental build.

For some reason, HDR is missing in experimental builds.

I don't have any reboots with 1.8Ghz, and I'm playing some heavy games like Dead Trigger 2 and Real Racing 3 without problems.

It's working on PA now. I guess it was because I was using an experimental build, not a stable one, but now it works flawlessly.
