Well I think it's just this case and the plastic shell design that's the problem. On my note 5 I had the commuter case and that thing save my phone so many times from spills mostly by my kids. But that design was a rubber shell with plastic over that to keep it together. I have even dropped it...

No not in the case holder. I was done with a call and went to grab it off my shoulder and didn't grab it all the way and fell. I email them yesterday and just waiting for a repply back. If not I'll be making a call soon.

No the case is higher than the screen. It dropped on the top left corner. The crack goes over the sensors up there. I'm with Verizon and asurion said they were backordered so no replacement. Plus it 200 for replacment

I got a zagg one from best buy. Expensive but zero problems since it's been on. The very edges have adhesive that is visible on the curved sides making a slight line. Not a deal breaker but it is there. No halo effect like I had on the note 5 protectors either. Expensive but I'm very happy so far.

Ok well glad I'm not the only one. I hope they fix it cause it looks fantastic. I just hope they add the support to amazon video soon.
