How should I reboot it ?

So I installed and after trying to reboot it stayed at the boot screen for a very long time. Tried restarting the device by holding vol down + pw button to get into TWRP but no luck it reboots and goes to the boot screen again??? Please help :X

After I install and try to reboot the phone freezes in TWRP. This has happened before with certain roms I've tried but never got around to whats causing the problem.

When I'm in Download mode the only thing that shows up when I try this is "SW REV. CHECK FAIL. DEVICE: 4, BINARY: 3" in red letters on a black background.

Well after that experience I decided to install Noble ROM (with the Note 5 Grace port or something like that) and it managed to reboot and start eventually but if I decide to try this one again I'll keep this in mind. Thanks !

Putting it right now ! EDIT#1: Well I flashed it and when pressing reboot TWRP just freezes. I rebooted the phone a few times using the vol down and power buttons but it always goes into TWRP and again when I try to reboot it freezes ??

Do I need to put all the mods ? If not could you tell me which ones I should ?

I found a slight issue in the ROM, here is a pic: As you can see the volume labels are not accurate.
