I agree, It might seem a bit overwhelming, but flashing is risky business if you don't know what you're doing. The thread is pretty clear with everything. It was my starting point when I was upgrading to ICS 4.0. I prefer Mobile Odin over the pc version but that's your choice to make.

Happens to me all the time. At times I'll see 250+ free ram and at times ~25 megs. With no apps open - kill app button in app switching screen. Needless to say, when ram is low, the tablet gets incredibly laggy. Any luck with a clean flash or applying mods?
