The original Weather app. is embedded into the LG system and can't be removed.

It started after the Oreo update. I need to restart the phone to make it work again. I cleared the cache of the app data, but it has not solved the problem. Any suggestion except hard reset?

Installed yesterday ARHD 6.6 and settings stay,as long as I do not turn off the handset or restart it.

Your ROM version is 1.xx.707.x which is SE Asia. You are trying to install the EU version 1.73.401.5 and to the best of my knowledge you can install a different zone version only if you are Super CID.
