That isn't an error, that's just informing you that the kernel is permissive vs. enforcing, which you will see when it boots up and you check in the settings. Let it sit at the splash screen for up to 10 mins to boot up.
how long did you wait at the tmobile splash screen? it takes a couple of minutes to boot after flashing the framework. try waiting up to ten minutes. the 85.1 alt version works just fine. the new 86.0 alt version isn't working correctly at the moment and wanam is fixing it tomorrow.
If I'm not mistaken, the boot.img is in the kernel. If so, just download the kernel from the thread, unzip it and take the boot.img from there. I hope that's what you're looking for
