Yes, clearing data and cache from settings > apps helped. everything works now normally. Also as extra I had to delete the previous .apk from /system/app Thanks :)

I would like to get rid of ROOT (for my own reasons as I want to root it my way) so... If I unpack the .zip and delete superuser.apk and clear the xbin from all files, repack it to .zip form and flash it . Would that work? would that flash the rom without a problem? Please no stupid questions...

It fixes the colour bars and cut off notifications, but it doesn't allow me to change toggles, I only have "Me" and "Settings" i try to add more and apply but after systemui restarts it doesnt change anything. I flashed this zip onto the old version. Do you think its because of that?
