No. access points is empty. I am from iran. I always use "network operator" to connect to network. But it can't find any network operator.

Access point names is empty. Do you want to say "Network Operators" ? In network operator i couldn't find any operator. Sometimes it said "unable to connect" sometime said "Error in connecting" ... .
