I had a German stock ROM before and it worked. I was able to work BTU out with small editing with Root Explorer.

I can confirm it was disabled on the previous BTU (G935FXXU1DPLT).

Not sure what's XXU refers to, but in every stock ROM zip file, you have 2 CSC files, home doesn't wipe data.

Indeed if you flash the HOME CSC and not the other CSC, it just flashes on the installed one you have right now. I would recommend it being a totally new version, you do a full wipe to make everything move smoother. Trust me, avoiding full wipe is not as bad as you think, if you are rooted you...

I was able to work out the Identify unsaved numbers being gray with editing others.xml and removing the "/234" entry. As for the RSS, I downloaded the other one, when I try to enter the RSS feed on setting, it just crashes. Calendar Icon still don't refresh :/ Small things but annoying
