My Moto periodically reboot user UI and acts like I just turned on an wants pin for first boot login and acts strange some time rom version is OPPS 29.91-140-2 and can't find way or reflashing factory image I believe this model is international version not sure though was purchased by on amazon

So my Moto g6 play running Android 8.0 and rom version OPPS 27.91-140-2 is freezing and having UI reboot randomly reboot how would I go about reflashing stock rom and where would I get it. Also believe I have international version of phone it was purchased on amazon

I am trying to flash stock and unroot I downloaded the z00a files and the toolkit but I get error his action requires some device specific stock firmware files, but they are missing.

I have ac rc3200 router running merlin firmware and suddenly my shield portable will no longer connect I can post my router settings for wifi to if that will help.

it just says not signal even though sim is detected tried switch apns and switching connection type to 2 for second sim nothing works. on lineage os right now imei is not showing dulplicates and the sim state says ready. any ideas.
