It worked for me, I did the same steps as above but also wipe cache/dalvic after Rom install. (Coming from v1.7 and download Rom straight on me phone) hope it helps Sent from my LG-LS980 using xda app-developers app

GPS Lock I have tried this kernel with a bunch of different ROMs i am currently running the Codename Android 1.5.5 ROM and each time I have the problem of the GPS never locking is this a current problem or is it just me and if so how can i fix this
