Just unpack the update and flash with Heimdall. I was able to flash everything in the update but the sdi.mbn.

No, this is the EE23 modem. I haven't put the EE25 stuff on here. It's on rootzwiki, though.

Not a problem. It wasn't available until just before I posted it. I just extracted it from the build, and made a separate tarball for it. You can do the same thing with each individual piece of the build to flash things as needed.

Raped mine also, but it's still worth the risk as long as you have a source for sdcards and can swap them out. Back up your data regularly and it's not an issue. Hoping to pull something good out of all of this rape and sdcard destruction.
