Can anyone recommend a film screen protector that's decent enough to tide me over until Whitestone is available? Preferably something that has decent oleophobic properties.
This is the only odin back to stock guide I've used which specifies it well erase all user data, would you mind helping me understand what to do differently so as not to lose my data?

Ah I'm guessing I just skip...
Thanks, won't I lose my data if I do that (mainly pictures)? I was kind of hoping for a shortcut to restore my build.prop without having to start over again.
Thanks for the input but I'm not sure i have TWRP installed, how do I get to it? I can boot into Download/Odin mode or Stock Recovery mode but not sure how I would get into TWRP from there.
I was getting pretty stutter-y and laggy performance so I restored my backup build.prop file and restarted. Unfortunately now I'm stuck in a boot loop at the "Samsung Galaxy S6" screen. I didn't check the permissions of the build.prop backup file I restored so that is likely my problem. Can...
In the OP is this suppose to be like this?
Or should it be like this?
It's easy to overlook, the change is a period to an underscore in the second line.
This is correct. I tried to do just AP on an AT&T S6 and it did not return me to stock. Had to do as above and it worked. I'd recommend updating the original instructions post so others don't also do what I did (trying with just AP).
I flashed the 1.1-OE2 on my AT&T S6 with baseband G920AUCU1AOCE, was that wrong? Did I need to wait for an OTA before flashing 1.1-OE2? I saw Android version 5.0.2 and assumed I was already on the latest AT&T OTA.
*update*
I followed your instructions to Odin back to stock OCE (here) and after...
Any specific reason you chose the I over the F? Do you know if there's any other difference between the two other than band 12?
(And in your dev experience do you envision being able to enable bands 29 and 30 on the I? Could it just be a modem firmware update?)
That isn't true. AT&T lists both bands 29 and 30 as Active and In Use for LTE, although I haven't been able to find where they are actively used.
