The procedure worked ok when flashing from VillainRom 1.0 to GingerReal 1.2.0!! Restored single applications with Titanium Backup: no problem. The Rom seems very stable (I'm playing with it by an hour). I wonder if there is a way to enable CRT animation :) BTW Thanx a lot!
