    Thread Xa1 ultra g3226 Backup (Manual) stops at 50%

    I have been able to use the xPeria Companion to Backup my phone, but when I attempt to use the Settings > Backup and Reset > Manual Backup the process starts and then freezes at 50%, showing Time Left: Less than 1 minute remaining !!help!thanks
