KDZ is using LG's app - that's the raw OS file. The steps to use LGUP to flash KDZ is also given by ChazzMatt in the OP

You are on Oreo, correct?

Did you try "fastboot devices" command to check if the phone is recognized?

Strange but the stock H930 EU Oreo KDZ as well as the Boombox rom work fine with the H930DS - both sims work. VoLTE, not sure but calls, texts, internet over 4g all work fine Never used the SD card for long to comment on that

Fixed it! LG Package Disabler used to disable packages :p

Hey TxanMoe! His issue is that the device does not reboot to TWRP but stock android recovery. Seems TWRP didn't get installed properly as recovery
