Rom installation works fine but after that I have not enough space on the system part to install the GAPPS. Do you have any tip to be able to install the GAPSS ? (I tried the pico, nano even aroma with no success) Or do you know a way to install all necessary app using apk ?

As you should have installed a new recovery system (ClockWorkMod for example), you will have a "backup" option that will allow you to flash back to your original system.
