Just make sure that "check automatically for updates" is enabled and wait until your phone prompts you to update. Download is very slow for me too, been downloading for over 4 hours and at 23%. So i would advise against forcing an update. And against updates from other sources.

The TrueSmart is not ip67 certified. The official procedures for IPxx certification were not followed. Your watch will break and you will not get any kind of service, repairs, guarantee or money back from Omate.

No heart rate. It does have bluetooth which you can use with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor on your chest for sports.

After the horrible support and treachery of Omate? Why would any fool spend money on a product that will not offer half it promises with not customer service at all if it's broken or dead on arrival which often happens.

You were definitely right to not have any faith in Omate. I'd advice anyone to buy the TrueSmart second hand if you want it, to be sure it's a functioning unit. I also love how i don't have to carry my big heavy smartphone with me during sports. I like sea sailing, so no cell coverage there. But...

Now that's interesting. TrueSmart does have a few other hardware advantages such as built in GPS, micro sd card slot and stand alone phone with a sim slot and a built in mic and speaker. May i ask what you use your watch for?

Seems to me like this is android wear as people are talking about only 27 apps available in the store. On my TrueSmart i have access to the full play store of apps.
