If I was you I would get an Otter box case. I have had the Defender for three days now and I don't notice it. It has become part of the phone.

I just checked their website, you can click on help(bottom of home page) that leads you to a form you can fill out and then click send. Good luck.

I believe the case is no longer on Amazon due to all the problems with returns. Spigen is still selling on their site because they don't make it easy to return anything. Hell, they don't even respond to emails.

[B]Just noticed that Spigen View case is no longer offered on Amazon. The black color does appear on Spigen's site though.

Life is too short and the fact is I already have had the note 3 for more than three months. Three months plus and Spigen has simply failed to produce a working case for this phone. I have given up on Spigen for now and ordered a Otterbox Defender in black, should be getting it today or tomorrow...

Just ordered a Otterbox Defender case after giving up on the Spigen View case. Question' not sure if this has been addressed before; Does wireless charging work on this case? If so, how well does it work.Anyone's experience here would be appreciated.

spigen s view What is really sad is that Spigen & Amazon continue to offer these cases for sale. Shameful really. I understand Spigen doing this, their customer care is "buyer beware", but why is Amazon continuing to ship this clearly non-operating case?:(

Amazon got to them probably, warning them they can't fool around with customers orders' so they were forced to cancel the orders.

Try to cancel and then replace your order under the lower price. This would work exceptif the order was already shipped. Knowing how slow Spigen ships, your order still hasn't shipped.
