Can some1 tell me is it normal? When there is incoming call, I can hear my phone ringing but screen stays black, and after 2 or 3 seconds screen turns on.

Hello everyone. I'm new here. :) First of all, thanks for hard work. This ROM is amazing. I like the way it works on my old N7000. :) I have one little question. What does it mean that "#" near WiFi status icon? I'm unable to post any kind of picture or paste a link beacause I'm to young here. ;)
