Yes, it's very annoying... All time is blinking when I swiping homescreen pages... Because of that I'm using only default green wallpaper, it's not noticeable. I don't need the blinking widgets. But thanks for your answer.

I want to use blur widgets all the time because when it's transparent I can't see nothing. But I can't use it because of that bug I have mentioned (widget are blurred but become transparent when I'm swiping threw the screens).
