I have a locked Z but rooted and install TWRP. However, I failed to flush any of this ROMs. I put the zip file in the external SD card and flushed using TWRP. After that, the devices cannot boot any more. What should I do, Thanks!

hi, I had my Arc's BL unlocked using some TestPoint method before, but after a try upgrading to ICS through PCC, it seems get relocked... Is there any method to check if the BL is locked or not? Thanks in advance.
