You have to do exactly what you wrote. You can't update from recovery, you need to flash system. Basically you have to do the same of when you installed pexorom for the first time, with the difference you don't have to wipe data, only cache and dalvik-cache. And of course if you use sky melon...

I got why even after flashing more times I always found apps like LinkedIN etc. always installed even if they shouldn't be there. They are not in /system but in /oem '-' so even flashing /system they persist and stay anyway lol

Well I flashed a second time and I still get few problems :/ can you help me? - Some bloatware still inside (Linkedin, officesuite etc. 5,3 GB filled out of 8 GB, they can be uninstalled normally, they are actually user apps, still they appear after flashing) - SuperSU version 2.78 and not 2.79...

Just flashed the ROM but there is still stuff that I guess shouldn't be there... like there are officesuite, linkedin and other stuff :confused: are they included with pexorom? these were bloatwares when I updated my android (IT rom)
