So I've posted before that the update would fail after download. Knowing I'd have to wait for Virgin Mobile to push the update, I decided to give the FF app from playstore another go. Well it finally went past 1%, I'm now on EMUI 9.0.0.178 - Virgin Mobile CLT-L04

I got it to download, but then it fails at update.

How did you do this, windows 10 doesn't allow duplicate dns

I've tried FF from playstore and followed instructions for hotspot and gateway DNS change indicated in FF. I get 404 error but it always registers successful. When booting into erecovery it downloads 8.1. My router/modem doesn't let me change DNS, womp womp. Virgin Mobile CLT L04

when buying from ministryofsolutions.com do you just provide imei? no need to install software ie. teamviewer etc...

I have my bootlock unlock code from Sony. But without fastboot access we are screwed. Freedom branded G3223 have gotten the shaft. Hopefully some method gets released for now it's all a waiting game.

Battery life on this phone has been nothing but amazing for stock rom and no tweaks.

This happened when trying to flash xosp 5.2. I was on twrp 2.8.7.0 when I had those issues "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped" and "home not found" - it was like no launcher installed. Figured might as well update twrp and that fixed it for me.

I was getting this with twrp 2.8.7.0, flashed latest twrp 3.0.0.0, works flawless with no flash errors.

I've tried to install via un-teathered with twrp, installed successfully however it gets stuck at boot screen. Animation goes on forever and doesn't actually boot system or freeze animation. Is there something perhaps I'm missing?

Have you found a solution for this? I'm experiencing the same thing on my zenfone 2 (z00ad) on 2.20.40.139. I've tried 4 usb cables and 2 pc's one 64bit win7 and one 32bit win7. Both setup the same way with latest drivers/adb/fastboot and adb system wide installed. This isn't my first android...
