Not at all, I own the Prime, why should I buy something inferior? Infinity Pad when available with Tegra 4 2ghz chip, until then, my Prime stands king.:)

OverSkreen for multi-tasking, I just pretty much use this lately and Opera Mobile for fast surfing due to it's speed. Tried Chrome but somehow became slow over time.

I own the Prime and I'm very happy with it, keyboard included, will buy the 700 when the T43 chip from Nvidia is out somewhere next year (Q3?) Tegra 4 at 2.0GHz sounds very sweet indeed. Maybe you should wait? Or maybe buy the mighty Prime meanwhile? Decide wisely!:D

You seem to be a very rational and knowledgeable individual, therefore, easy decision for you. Speaking for myself, I can't even take the 300 series seriously after owning the Prime, that looks like something my 3 year old could carry around the house.:D The 700 is the one I want to consider...

I don't get you mate, you just highlighted the main differences between both models and still need to ask others? Make yourself the logical question, are the features between models important enough to justify the extra price tag? In that answer you have your decision, good luck!;)

Not at all, i did so also, but unlike you, I'm not stressing about it, do you really think this solution only apply for users registering their device now? This apply for all registered ASUS users, if you did that long time ago, why the heck you think you're not entitled to the program? Relax...
