Same issue here, It worked on previous builds but so far not this one yet. Initially, I noticed that, particularly for Dual Sim phones, setting the correct SIM as default for SMS instead of 'Ask every time' enabled the Chat Features. I have tried that here and so far, no luck.

I experience this when Smart Pixel is on. You can check that.

Very strange as this is the same steps as I have done and mine is working fine. I am also on latest OpenGapps Beta and the latest lineageOS for Dumpling.

I updated to magisk 21.1 and its also fine here. my steps were ; 1. Definitely flash without Magisk 2. Boot into OS and setup and all 3. Get back to recovery and flash magisk, 4. in the OS, Use magisk manager to install/update (Choose direct install ) magisk to your 21.1 Hope that helps...

ROM works great and feels smooth. I have realised after installing all 3 LOS weather providers. None could be registered as a weather provider. please is this known and unimplemented yet. Thanks.
