Using nanodroid here - signature spoofing is working out of the box. However, the current stable nanodroid installer (v20.4.20181230) removes qualcomm location provider used by default to provide network based location and UnifiedNlp won't work. Building up-to-date nanodroid packages manually...

It looks like the current NanoDroid version wipes com.qualcom.location. Maybe https://github.com/Nanolx/NanoDroid/commit/0c08ebb31a32f51e6d2bdb95e194a00370dd5713 would help at least to keep a working network location provider?

Yes, that's it - in fact flashing NanoDroid packages was also the way I had installed microG and F-Droid before having this problem.
