If you're already on an Android N ROM then flashing the firmware isn't necessary. If you're on Marshmallow or lower, flash it before LOS and GAPPS :)

Stuck while trying to unlock bootloader. It goes up till 99% and then shows an error "Device not bound to account". Then I go into Developer Options and try binding up but then I get an error "86012 : *Chinese text*". Any help?
