When applying hex+, this is all I get now, it happened after theme store update... Update .... rebooted 4 times and it started working, sorry for miss speaking.

Sorry, I misread your statement, why would you use the custom 1ui theme installer, when hex works perfect,

You have to reinstall high contrast, use hex 1st , then high contrast, reboot and apply dark mode in phone settings...... perfection
