Where are you changing your region from? I'm located in the USA and trying to get the 9.0 update, but haven't been able to as of yet.

A hard reset is just a full wipe and fresh start, as you mentioned. I know it's time consuming to set up a new phone after a wipe, I just got mine set up the way i like after a few days of setting up everything. Hopefully it won't come to that. Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk

I received the mophie battery case about a week ago.
