Where is this "App granted to access usage access" information stored? Maybe it is possible to set it manually? Can TitaniumBackup be used to backup this information on a working MM rom and restore it in this rom?

Because I have only this phone I cannot try it on another ROM using the phone. However I used "android-x86.org/releases/releasenote-cm-x86-13-0-rc1" in a virtual box image and there it shows the app in "Apps with usage access".

Great rom but "Apps with usage access" does not list all apps :( For example (play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.mcoins.applike) applike can be installed and login data provided however afterwards it asks to allow usage access and brings up the "Apps with usage access" screen but the app...
