ok. so i have gotten model and s/n for my unlocked Us model s9. but when i put the info in smart switch it saves cant find my device in servers anybody know a fix

i need the serial number for the US model S9. computer froze when i was updatig thru odin and my is stuck at the green screnn with a white triangle. now i need serial number to restoree thru smart switch
