Same here. My HD2 poses as an N1 but I cannot install this app.

I can, really works well for me, just one game won't install. My phone even shows up as HD2 but the pushing works and is awesomely fast. Yesterday evening it didn't work at all. Besides: Is there any interest in making this Rom app2sd compatible?

Do you have, by chance, Winamp running? It crashes every flash for me. Similar programs that search new USB drives for media or something else may cause problems, too

I have to wait till DAF asks for the connection to plug the cable in. Otherwise I get the same error you get. So: start DAF and get phone in flasher mode. Hit next in DAF till it searches for the connection. Then put your USB cable into the phone.
