Post Update SM-T230NU firmware from NE2 to NH1 without losing root?

Yes, I pick the firmware from there, but 2 links give me 2 different files, one was from the firmware from July and the other from August, I downgrade the tablet, wait to fota download latest update and then rooted before the update start rolling.
