Do s-off. DO NOT UNLOCK AFTER S-OFF. Then run gb ruu twice. Try booting back up after if no luck on the ruu then run in fastboot mode fastboot oem writesecure 3 and send in for a warranty replacement Sent from my ADR6425LVW using XDA

Well I'm complete its now running a ics Rom and everything is finally back to normal. I did let it sit overnight in WiFi though so the radios would calm down. Sent from my ADR6425LVW using XDA
