Sorry for the noobish question. I dirty flashed the 09.09 update without gapps. Means I erased system dalvic and cache in TWRP and flashed Rom and magisk rebooted. Everything works good but only gapps Like Gmail, gboard and Google APP open and forceclose. Do I have to reflash gapps?

For me the same is happening. I am in nitrogen 9 Pie. I also did what thelad suggested, little cluster is Stil stuck in max frequency.

I was not able to flash the 34. Kernel via blue twrp. I'm on a op3t with latest havok rom. It worked via exkm flash function.

Firmware gets flashed before the ROM. Just use the latest beta for your model.
