    Got it! In case this is of interest to someone got my 128GB version today. Had to sign for it. Order placed on 11/22 around 11am (as some of you did, I stayed up past midnight only to be greeted with "out of stock" for all options.) Now waiting for working TWRP and perhaps maybe Xposed.

    Could have been a fluke but my OTA update failed. I relocked, applied update, unlocked again. Each of these resets the settings an requires skipping through annoying welcome screens.
