Setting>system>about phone tap 7 times on build number. After that go back system>advanced>developer options>find smallest width. You can chance this. I advise you make 500 dpi. İf go back orijinal mod you can make 423.Or go to setting>display>display size make small.

İf you mean full time 4k ı dont used 4k. But I'm doing advanced settings dpi 520. The icons are being smaller. The screen time changes from 5 to 10 hours.
