I know someone buy device at X-Kom with 21.11.14 version and there is still no update. But another guy buy at X-Kom device with 21.11.27 and he receive update. I saw few more users reporting updates but they didn't share their versions.

My problem with Wi-Fi solved. All what I have to do is to set country code to Europe in Wi-Fi settings and I can see networks around me :P. Don't know what is default value, probably USA. You should put this tip in OP for others with same problem. This problem doesn't exist on stock and PAC...

Don't know why but for me Wi-Fi isn't working. It searching for networks but can't find any. Tried build from 24 and 28. There is no problem on stock rom or PAC-MAN rom.
