    Post MM on Nook 710

I first installed the UK version of MM found in a separate post here. Later, when the US version became available I installed that. You lose the Nook page when you scroll left on the home screen but nothing else seemed to change- NO APPS are lost in the process, the Current Read app remains too. hth

Post Marshmallow & Nougat (AOSP/CM/Lineage) for Nook HD/HD+ (& Tablet)

My only 'issue' with wifi has been: It works at home, it works when I get to work and finds the new wifi network flawlessly, when I get home in the evening I lose wifi connection even after specifically telling it what network to connect to. Re-boot and the cycle starts all over...

Post Marshmallow & Nougat (AOSP/CM/Lineage) for Nook HD/HD+ (& Tablet)

My only 'issue' is that while the lock screen and running apps auto-rotate my home screen and the screen with all my apps don't rotate. I looked in Settings and Auto -rotate is on. My sense is I am missing something rather than the ROM being an issue. Other than this, performance for what I use...

Video stuttering All video seems to be stuttering whether embedded in a web page, part of an app - Weather Channel. Both with included browser and Chrome. Stand alone video works well with both VLC and MX Player.

    Post [Nook HD/HD+] EMMC CM11 install - updated 11/29

Restoring to stock I have just used his thread to restore my HD+ to stock using an SD Card. In the process of flashing I got stuck in a recovery boot loop. His thread explained why it was happening and how to resolve it.

    Post [Nook HD/HD+] EMMC CM11 install - updated 11/29

Succulents ROMs I have used his ROMs over the years with the Nook Tablet and now the HD+ with good results. And he is responsive to questions. My sense is it is easier to support conversations in one place rather than multiple places and since he has his own site/space it makes sense to...

    Post [ROM][OFFICIAL][KitKat 4.4.3][Ovation] PAC-man 4.4.3 Beta 1 [AOSP]

I like the ROM but The Netflix issue is a deal breaker. I don't know enough to install the Xposed framework and the instructions are vague enough that I don't want to experiment so I am back to CM 11 which is running nicely albeit a battery hog....

    Post [KERNEL][CM11/4.4.2] [OVATION]»»Bexus-N!!!

Bexus For me, coming from Succulents ROM, it hangs at the Cyanoboot screen and doesn't advance. I was able to reboot and enter TWRP to reinstall prior ROM. Appreciate the effort, something isn't quite right just yet.

Post [Nook HD+][EMMC][CM10.1] Tweaked Xperia V2.8 ROM [RETIRED][29/05/2015]

No Sound I did a clean flash of this and don't get any sound from the Sony movie player's any suggestions? I appreciate your posting this - and I hope to get the Walkman app working as well (from he referenced website). I haven't had any luck yet when I try and install the full package. Thanks...

    Post KERNEL-NookOnFireShowtime V3.22 CM/AOKP/LiquidSmooth/Carbon/SGT7/Slim Rom Compatible!

3.11 vs 3.22 Only because that was the version I had installed prior to 3.5/3.6 and still had the zip to reflash. I had never moved to 3.22.

    Post KERNEL-NookOnFireShowtime V3.22 CM/AOKP/LiquidSmooth/Carbon/SGT7/Slim Rom Compatible!

Better but still very fast drain I didn't make the connection that v3.5 was the cause - I hadn't used my Nook in a while. Flashed v3.6 and it is improved but WiFi off it still drains the battery in a day or less. I am reverting to 3.11 and will report differences.
